VETERINARY CARE
House Calls
Dr. Castle is able to make house calls for most veterinary services (surgery and dental care require treatment at the clinic). House calls are an ideal option for…
Pets that become stressed at veterinary clinics or when traveling
Busy families with children
Elderly, especially with large pets
Those with limited or no transportation
House call visits are available on a limited basis, but Dr. Castle will do her best to accommodate your schedule. Please call the clinic at 503-228-5256 for current availability.
EUTHANASIA
The decision to humanely euthanize a pet is never an easy one. For many, a pet is a member of the family – one that has given years of unconditional love and affection. Taking a pet to a veterinarian to be put down is not only stressful for owners, but it can be difficult for an already ailing or elderly as well.
Dr. Castle and her team are available to assist you and your family during that difficult time. Your pet can be humanely sedated at your home instead of a clinic. Your pet will be able to remain in familiar, comfortable surroundings during the procedure. Many pet owners find this is a more compassionate way to say goodbye.
Once the procedure is complete, your pet is removed and their remains will be cremated. Your pet’s ashes can be returned to you with flowers, or can be properly disposed of for you.
Please contact us at 503-228-5256 for more information and to schedule a time for Dr. Castle to visit your home.
